Medical staff is always great! Dr. Palumbo is our primary and we love her! Everyone else is terrific as well. Sometimes the wait is longer than the usual 15 minutes, but I always figure that someone needs more care than I do at the time. I would hope that if I really needed help, the staff would work hard to help me, and that other patients would understand. #payitforeward
I was in & out of here!!! Awesome people working there and very helpful!! I had a horrible experience at the Blue Island location and walked out, but this location I highly recommend and will definitely return in the future!!
Took a nasty fall while trail running at Palos woods and gashed my knee. I knew it was going to require stitches....Found my way over to Midwest clinic and upon walking in was greeted promptly and given a fresh bandage while I waited. I was stitched up and given a tetanus shot (hadn't had one since high school entrance) and on my way in about an hr and a half. I feel that this is a reasonable amount of time and the staff were all friendly to me.
Excellent service! Super fast! Super efficient! Knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.
This location has late night hours, until 9PM and no appointment necessary. Price for co-pay was reasonable and they're only charging $25 for school exams
I was having serious medical issues so I looked up the closest clinic and I came here and was treated so well! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk and she was very friendly. The nurse who did my initial check in was nice and clearly knew what she was doing, there were no hold ups in getting my info. I had to wait a while to see the doctor but I'm not complaining since I didn't have an appointment. They had a TV in my Doctor room so it was a nice wait. Staff is very nice and good with simple diagnoses. Very convenient instead of waiting for an appointment elsewhere. Would recommend
Walked right in at 7pm for an urgent eye issue. Friendly/knowledgeable staff and speedy service. Definitely recommend as an ER alternative
Very fast and friendly. No complaints. Was open on a Saturday and saved me a trip to the ER on a weekend.
