Took a nasty fall while trail running at Palos woods and gashed my knee. I knew it was going to require stitches....Found my way over to Midwest clinic and upon walking in was greeted promptly and given a fresh bandage while I waited. I was stitched up and given a tetanus shot (hadn't had one since high school entrance) and on my way in about an hr and a half. I feel that this is a reasonable amount of time and the staff were all friendly to me.
Excellent service! Super fast! Super efficient! Knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.
This location has late night hours, until 9PM and no appointment necessary. Price for co-pay was reasonable and they're only charging $25 for school exams
I was having serious medical issues so I looked up the closest clinic and I came here and was treated so well! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk and she was very friendly. The nurse who did my initial check in was nice and clearly knew what she was doing, there were no hold ups in getting my info. I had to wait a while to see the doctor but I'm not complaining since I didn't have an appointment. They had a TV in my Doctor room so it was a nice wait. Walked right in at 7pm for an urgent eye issue. Friendly/knowledgeable staff and speedy service. Definitely recommend as an ER alternative
Very fast and friendly. No complaints. Was open on a Saturday and saved me a trip to the ER on a weekend.
It was my first time coming here i did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor, the doctor and nurse were very caring and helpful, the lady at the front desk had a difficult time putting in my prescriptions into cvs she sent it to walgreens but that was the only frustrating thing overall i would definitely recommend
After a long search to find a primary care doc who is astute medically & has great bedside manner (amazing how few physicians possess people skills), I found Dr. Palumbo. I feel so comfortable with her; my visits feel like they are with a (very knowledgeable, no nonsense and kind) friend who even anticipates potential fears (like, don't worry when we call you after bloodwork to come in and discuss in person - it's routine and absolutely does not mean you're in for bad news). Highly recommend, so happy with her care.
