Abysmal! I felt chided for suspecting I had a certain illness, was told I didn't have it, but I do indeed have it. I was literally laughed at by the practitioner and hung up on, on the phone repeatedly. No follow up or apologies either for the misdiagnosis. Save your money. Go some place reputable with good care.

Horrible experience!!! Took three hours and three trips to get a rapid Covid screen. Then, they have the nerve to send a bill. I was referred by a coworker that had been there multiple times and never received a bill. In fact, I knew of NO ONE that was paying for Covid screening in September 2021. What a rip off.

WOW THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I went in for a COVID test a couple months ago. The girl tried doing other tests on me and I specifically said no. Fast forward a few months, I get a bill for extra tests that I specifically asked not to do nor did I receive. I tried calling Patient Services and Patient Advocate department and no one was able to help me. My husband came in the same day for the same COVID test and he did not receive any extra bills. These places should really be shutdown. Complete scam and money making philosophy. They could care less about your well being they care about profits. They could be breaking the law by charging $15 for flue shots. If you have insurance it's been written in the ACÁ law that Preventive services should be covered at 100% your suppose to pay nothing. This clinic is an absolute scam and I encourage everyone to avoid it. I scheduled a COVID test and upon arrival asked if I will owe any money for this visit and was told no. I later received a bill in the mail for $170 dollars. When I called the billing department, they sent me to patient advocate. Patient advocate then sent me to billing. Nobody could help so I was forced to pay the bill to avoid being considered bad debt. ABSOLUTE SCAM

I would give negative stars if I could. Midwest Express has orrible billing and billing practices. They cannot even do simple things like make a phone call to confirm insurance and coverage. It was a horrible experience. I am covered for my lab test and they won't recognize because they are too lazy to do the work to get the claim money. DO NOT GO TO Midwest Express Clinic. Poor customer service and poor billing dept ! Do not waste your time!

very disorganized and communication with their patients is virtually zero. just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else there's a lot of health clinics that actually function.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be calling my insurance company AGAIN about being charged for a full office visit to get Covid results over the phone. The first time I called, I was given the cell phone number of some person named Melinda, who was driving at the time, and she asked me to text her the patient name and account number and remind her to remove the $25 copay for results. DO NOT GO HERE! These people are dishonest and highly unethical in their billing practices. They're charging me $217 for a drive-thru covid test!! They scheduled me for a tele-visit I did not ask for. I canceled it and I said to just email me the results. They did email the results but a doctor called me anyway.
