On the phone with my insurance company now. My daughter had a covid test done January 14. She called January 15 to find out the results. We received a bill yesterday for $50, copay for each day. She never saw a doctor on the 14th, and they are charging her for a "tele-health" call on the 15th for her phone call to them to find out the results. They are gouging and taking advantage during a pandemic. Covid tests are supposed to be free in Illinois.

Don't go here. They lie to your face and set up their testing to take advantage of their patients during a pandemic. It is despicable. They made me agree to a phone call in order to get my covid results because they're apparently the only place in the country that can't just give you your results online. I will NEVER go back to this place...ever. Went in to get a COVID test at their Chicago Lakeview location on a Friday. Needed my results in 10 days so I could travel and see my mother. First, they tried to "upsell" me on a tele-medicine appointment and I laughed out loud. The Med-Tech knew she was being shameless. I would give 0 stars if possible. All the 1 star-Covid related reviews below are the same experience I have had. The long wait times on the phone, they messed up the fax to CVS and I had to wait 8+ hours with multiple phone calls to get the prescription filled. They took a strep test and Covid test. They billed the strep test wrong and so now my insurance won't pay ($269) then they charged me $65 for the PHONE CALL to give the test results. Took my 2 children here for covid test. Testing went fine, nurses were great. Then I get the first bill for daughter was $52(charge for results). Since when is a result a fee?! Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the billing department after numerous hold wait times of 6 plus hours, I thought I resolved it with billing, NOPE. Went to the Midwest express clinic at Willowbrook to get a covid-19 test. I received one bill for the actual test and another bill to receive results from the FNP over the phone. This place is a scam. Be careful. Will not go back.

DO NOT GO FOR COVID TESTING. At first they seem nice and friendly. Until they make you wait 20 minutes past your appointment time. So I came in on Friday 7/17/20 and they told me I would get my results back in 5-10 days..mind you the first time I came they told me 4-5 and I got them in 4. Now it's 7/26/20 and i know it has not been a full 10 days but it's day 9. I called them to see what was going on for them just to tell me it would take up to 14 days for the results.

Scheduled an appt to get a covid antibody test, but their website doesn't let you specify. Show up for my appt and they told me they will only do covid antibody testing if I test negative for covid and oh by the way will take 8-10 days to get results. So it would take 3 weeks to get results. I don't understand how this place is running, lack of clarity on testing, unhelpful staff who are super short with you on the phone Bc they don't clearly explain what testing they can actually do. Don't waste your time here.
