Mike Counsil Plumbing did a complete drain and sewer replacement. The cost was up there, but it was a big job, took just about a month. So I understand about the high cost. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up daily, and the finish work was impeccable. They had to open up the exterior wall for the kitchen drain and when the finishers came in, they re-stucco'd the opening to perfection. Pablo and Brandon arrived for my water heater's annual maintenance and flush. Because the 4-year-old heater needed a new anode rod, they had to fully drain it and remove it from the pedestal stand to swap it out. It definitely needed the replacement, and they got everything reinstalled and flushed efficiently. This was on a Thursday, and Friday was the July 4th holiday. Hugo Perez Dominguez came out for just an estimate and ended up doing a great job! Fixed everything, even things we weren't expecting, came in way under our budget and answered many of our house plumbing questions I've had for 20 years. And, he's very punctual and our dog likes him!
Waisted 4 hrs of my day, I could have rented a snake from HD for $80. I had a backed up main sewer line that was backing up and out of the clean out in front of my house. Plumber never showed up to perform the job. First the scheduling. Lady on the phone had no idea what things cost. Then, she schedules it with two hour window, this is ok I guess. my experience with Bobbie MUTA was horrible dealing with the workers was fantastic. I gave her a three because I would give it a zero for Bobbie but a five for the workers so I picked the middle star.
