OUTSTANDING, is my description of the service that I received from Bobby and his associate Jacob from Mike Counsil Plumbing. I chose their company, because they are local and have been in business for over 35 years. They were on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my garbage disposal problem as electrical rather than a plumbing issue.I asked for a referral for an electrician and was given a choice. Eddie Cortez was dispatched to my house to replace the main water shutoff valve because we had a leak in the house and the present shutoff valve didn't work. Was able to shutoff the water supply at the street instead of waiting 4 hours for ACWD to show up. He was very professional and did great work.

My name is peter Sumcad. I had an issue with my shower arm and Alex together with Rick came over to provide a quote and suggestion on how to proceed. I could not take out the strip shower arm off the 90-degree pipe and they tried as well with the same results. A quick decision had to be made to go behind the shower wall and take out a small portion of the sheet Rck, behind the shower wall. Had a great experience with Mike Counsil plumbing after so many experiences with grouchy, thuggy and stinky plumbers who did the minimum. Great communication leading up to the service and equally great analysis of the issue and resolution. Not cheap but you get what you pay for!

We had Mike Counsil plumbing company come out and install a gas line to change our wood burning fireplace to gas burning. Jose came out for the quote and was very professional and explained the process in great detail. We hired them for the project. James took the lead in the project and was very thorough, personable and explained the options to run the gas line most efficiently. We have seen the trucks and ads for a long time but we just used Mike Council Plumbing the first time for an insta-hot installation and we were extremely pleased. It was easy and quick to make an appointment, the cost estimator Gert was very informative and professional and the plumber (Eddie C.) who installed the unit was excellent. Based on our experience we would definitely use them again.
