Joseph and team did an amazing job replacing the water heater in my house. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of work is outstanding and he answered all my questions. They drained the old water heater, removed it safely, and made upgrades to meet the code. Then new water heater was installed. All this was done within a day after contacting them. Mike Counsil team is always in professional uniform and have clearly identifiable company vans. They are worth the money

I had a potential clog in my skimmer line for a pond and waterfall feature in my backyard. I contacted Mike Counsil and they sent Bobby Mata and his partner the very next day. They were prompt and got to snaking the pipe immediately. This was a tough job and Bobby and his partner worked in the sun for a good 2 hours. I needed to have all three of my old toilets replaced and our middle bathroom upstairs shower replaced as well. The Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter employees did an 'excellent' job in getting the work done in a very timely manner. They also found a crack in our toilet flange which would have cost us a lot more money if it had split open. They showed us the crack so we wouldn't think they were trying to pull a fast one over us. There truly is NO better plumbing company in the San Jose area! Mike Counsil came out to replace my water heater.  They arrived at my house 2 hours after I called them, which made us very happy since we didn't have hot water. They were very professional, and had amazing warranty packages. The best options I have seen. They took care of us and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Mike Counsil!!

We had a faucet installation that revealed some leaky pipes. We were referred to Mike Counsil and Gert showed up early the next morning to assess the issues. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what his recommendations were. He said he would send over a team to finish the job. Then James and Ben showed up pretty promptly afterwards and I can't say enough great things about these guys.. they kept it professional, friendly and had great knowledge to offer about everything they were doing. Would recommend
