I am pretty handy myself however I ran into difficulty removing my old bathroom vanity fixtures. Joice contacted me very quickly and arrange a tech to come to see the job on Sunday morning! Daniel Gonzalez was the technician and he was awesome! Not only did he evaluate the job but he said" Why don't I grab a few tools, and we can get these off right now". I was impressed. I was having an issue with my very old washer. I've used Mike Counsil in the past with much success. I thought the plumbing might be the cause so I scheduled an appt. Jose Romero came out the next day. He checked my water pressure and the plumbing. Both were working properly. Jose said he suspected it was an issue in the machine. He also said that since the machine was in such great shape that I should try to have it fixed, unless the cost would be more than half the cost of a new machine. Carlos Robles came to my house to remove a water softener and reverse osmosis system. After some diagnosis he found out my pressure regulator valve was not working properly. It's 23 years old! He replaced it. Carlos was great, he kept me posted with every step of what he was doing. This man deserves a raise! Thanks Carlos!

Had a water dripping issue from the toilet. A free inspection and two options to the fix were provided. The service staff, Carlos, did a pretty good job of replacing the wax ring and cleaning up afterwards. He is skilled at performing the service and being friendly by sharing his opinions on the water damage mitigation.

Had a potential leak in the wall, it took Mike Counsil Plumbing less than 24h to resolve it. Technician (Jose R.) was scheduled to come 8am next day, was super friendly and helpful, diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. Very professional and quick! Thank you!!!

I have used Mike Council for several situations already so it's about time I left a review. Mike Council has been my goto for couple years now, from diagnosing a water hammer issue, to sink and toilet replacements. I have always been happy with the work they do, the professionalism of their staff, and they warrant their work. My latest is a toilet replacement in the master bedroom. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing because I experienced a previous contact with this company, and Bobby that I observed in contrast to the competition to be very honest and reliable. My second experience was better than should be anticipated; once again the practicality, honesty shines through in Bobby's professional business ethic. I would highly recommend this business.
