Rickie did great work! I had an ancient faucet that had seriously bonded with the sink and he was able to cut it out and replace it with a brand new one. His colleague Jose noticed the missing/leaky valves and Ricky fixed that as well. He had missed a part on my soap dispenser and then drove back 30 minutes to reinstall it properly. Dedicated to getting things right. I am extremely happy with this service.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me a no-surprises estimate before he started the work. Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

EXCELENT!! I have used Mike Counsil Plumbing several times now and each time they have been excellent! I had a gas dryer installed with another company and they did everything wrong and I ended up with a gas leak. I called Mike Council and they came out in less than an hour and got me all fixed up. We ended up having another issue that was no fault of theirs and they came back and fixed that too and at no extra cost. I could not be happier with this company and their professionalism. I was recently in an urgent water leak situation and reached out to MC Plumbing. Despite it being a Saturday, I reached someone and had the MC Plumbing team diagnosing and subsequently repairing the leak within an hour. Special thanks to Yobani, Pablo for doing problem determination and to JJ and Charlie for executing the repairs. The whole team was very helpful and explained the options. One concern was when I referred them to a friend, it sounds like the assessment and estimate provided was questionable and overly pushed.

Thanks to Jose R. and Gary for diagnosing our water heater issue on February 24. 2023 and informing us it was covered by our warranty. James and his associate did a great job installing the replacement. Thanks to Jose R. for confirming our water pressure problem was due to our water softener. Mike Counsil has done great work for us several times in the past. Today was another great experience, this time with Mr. James Riggins. Mr. Riggins called ahead, arrived on time and went to work removing a broken kitchen faucet and installing a new one. Due to our hard water, some extra work was required on the supply lines, but he got it all done. Our sink is now in fine shape thanks to him!

Noticed last night that we had a leak under the kitchen sink, what a mess. I called just before 5 pm and was able to get some one out 1st thing the next day. What great service. James Riggins was excellent, he did great work and took the time to explain to me about the down side of buy off market materials (new faucet). Very pleasant experience today!!! Thank you so much.

Mike Council re-piped our whole house (inc 40 years warranty) over 2 weeks and they did a great job (unfortunate we had leak in our slab). Thank you to Joseph who managed the project and Oscar Carrasco & Rene Melendez for the quality workmanship. We decided to also upgrade our water tank (from 2006) to a newer/more efficient model. Happy customer.
