Either they put my stock '08 Vette at risk the last three weekend car washes in a row here, or don't know what they're doing. Today Area Manager Brian told me my stock vette with stock wheels and stock tires is too low and will cause damage. So did they put my car at risk last three washes here ? A trip to the dealer this coming week to determine if car is damaged. Will let you know.
Prior to my last trip here, I would have given this place at least 4 stars, but they managed to go above and beyond and ruin it for me. However, I'll start with the positives... The wash is good and one of the few that get my vehicles clean. I use to drive from Northern Kentucky to Beechmont, just to use a Mike's car wash. I was very disappointed. I thought for the price it was a "full service" as in they would vacuum and wipe it down. My truck was still dirty in spots and had water spots all over. I got the full one for $17, then had to spend another $3 to vacuum it out myself. I can go to a "full service" location and get it all done for that total price of $20. I wont be back .
Either a car wash gets your car clean or it doesn't. My car still had tons of leaves all over the roof and sides of the doors. I usually go to soft touch, but had a coupon for mikes. I won't be going back to mikes.
