Most of the vacuum stations were closed And the others were all in use. Why are so many closed? Poor management. And all the people who have unlimited washes think they get to cut in front of everyone else. That is not right! Very customer unfriendly. Very disappointed!

Absolutely the worst mikes car wash in the tristate. I went by today to get a car wash and I told them to get under my fender wells they did but a very bad job the look on the kids face looked like he didn't even want to be there he took absolutely no effort in spraying my truck down. Once I got home I notice my right side tires were still dirty and weren't shined very disappointed. If I was the manager of this place I would fire Ben asap they're definitely not getting my money ever again.

I found out from someone at the Toyota dealership. That the reason my brakes are rusting so bad is because I go through Mike's too much. We are denying liability for your rusted brake calipers as brake calipers are prone to rusting because they are unprotected steel. And I told them I understand that brakes rust. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the employees whom are very kind and friendly and because of the amount of vacuum cleaner spots they have which around 10 or more. But the cleaning of the car per say gets worst and worst. I always get the Ultimate which is the one where the wheels get shined and now have a "Ceramic" option too, so I expect that my car comes out perfectly clean and with shined tires, previous to this last time I went and it cleaned ok, always a few spots that need to be cleaned by hand b... read more

The last time I had my car washed at this location the car wash sprayed a greasy oil substance down the driver side of my car. When I went back to complain the manager admitted that some other people had also complained today of the same issue. Apparently at the very end of the wash cycle before drying a hydraulic line was leaking and sprayed fluid down the side of my vehicle. I usually go through the car wash but this time my left tires rear and front popped. During the wash my tire pressure light came on and they told me i will be contacted in 3-5 business days.

Been through this location 100 times. Every once in a while they will measure my truck even though I tell them I've been through many times before. I would get a wash at the Florence location once a week. On one occasion my antenna base was nearly ripped off when the poor girl couldn't distinguish righty tighty from lefty loosy. Recently went to get it washed and they measure, too wide. Too wide? I guess they don't like money cause I won't be back. I didn't realize vehicles widen over time. First every car wash I have been to has offered free vacuums and yet you purchase the $20 wash then have to pay for vacuums. Then I was told I could not go through until I removed the trailer ramps in my bed that weigh 100lbs. I don't believe they will fly out as I tried to explain.

My SUV and my car now have scratches all over them thanks to this car wash. Do not go there if you have a new car!
