They don't vacuum your. All their competition does for the same money. Would not go back.
What a joke I have driven my truck through countless times through this location and others and today it is "too wide" and they don't want to risk damaging it thanks guys but the last several times haven't done any damage thanks for pissing me off and losing a customer

Came for a wash as I have 4 free on my app but the app wasn't working. Unfortunately had to pay. I've never had this issue before. If there hadn't been cars behind me, I would have left. I feel cheated.

I've drove past this place many times and i've always thought that it was a nice little place. After buying a new car I wanted to get set up at a car wash to keep my car looking good. I'm typically very picky and normally wash my car with a pressure washer and foam canon at my house. BUT running your own business also comes with limited free time, so I decided to give Mikes a shot to save me some time here and there. My girlfriend took her brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee through Mike's to have it washed for the first time. Ended up getting all kinds of scratches behind the back passenger window. There's 2 of them which you can see the white underneath the paint. Filed a damage report with them & they said nothing in their wash would damage her vehicle. Definitely do not recommend this place.
So Mike's looks nice and neat, has a great location with a fast wash and easy access to vacuums and such. I even bought into the hype and bought my wife a large pack of free washes for Christmas. She wasn't happy so she gave me a few to try. I drive s brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue Pearl White, so it shows the dirt pretty well. The problem with Mike's is every time I have been there I have had to go back and have them re-wash my car at least once and three times on one occasion. I used to have a unlimited wash account here for about a year but I let it expire. Today i go into the Mikes here on Ky18 and im told i cant go through because of rust on my truck. So any of you guys out there that have up to a 2010 Chevy, Ford or Dodge pickup dont waste your time going to Mike's Carwash on 18 because we all have some rust and they will turn you away.....SAD.

Don, we are sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced at the location. Unfortunately, we have had to become stricter on not allowing rusty vehicles to go through the wash. We have had recent cases where rust flakes off and gets caught in the cloth, causing damage to other vehicles during the process. Thank you for your understanding and have a wonderful day!
Just left this location- white highlander--- first, I had a certificate for a car wash--- salesperson tried to additionally charge me for a basic wash- felt like he perceived me to lack the intelligence to discern being charged for an already paid for wash---- there were still dark fingerprints on the back of my car--- personnel who initially spray car by.hand only sprayed back window-- will go to Eastgate location from this time forward
Find another place to wash your vehicle. Don't pay with a credit car because my credit card was charged funds removed from my account after employee told me the card had been declined. The money taken from my account wasn't even the price of the car wash packaged that I purchased.
