Great Carwash! Easy and convenient. Friendly customer service. Great value. Left my car sparkly clean.
The place cycles cars out rapidly. Staff was very friendly. You drive your own car through the wash. And if you want to vacuum your car out they have a nice system. The low pressure air is great for blowing out the water in your outside mirrors. If I lived closer I may return.
Early bird special before 9am. I was wiping my car down after running it through the exterior wash and the gentleman that scrubbed my car down before entering the wash approached me and asked me to run my car through again. There were a few spots he wanted to scrub harder and wash off. Satisfaction guaranteed at Mike's! The employees were extremely helpful and nice. Vacuums available for $2 per 8 min. No coins. Cash or card was perfect for me!
I love this carwash! It's a little pricey ($17 for the highest level carwash) but it's well worth it. I have had my car washed at many, many carwashes in the area and this one does the best by far. You can also pay $25 a month to have unlimited washes. I'm thinking of going ahead and paying for that now that the weather is going to be consistently warmer.
I got 2 coupons for a free car wash in the mail. I used 1 of them today. The coupon was for "the works". It included the outside of the car only. Today, the vacuums were free but they won't always be. I saw it said deposit $1.00. The works would normally run $17. I did see the basic wash is $8. I honestly think it did a great job. I have the monthly unlimited plan ,everytime i go through it never touches my tail gate i ha e told 3 rimes and still it is never washed i usually dont realize it until i get home,i have to stop and look at it i guess but should not have to go through a second or third time,i dont have time fir that,im going back through tommorow and tell them again if it does not clean the tailgate then i will cancel the monthly subscription and go somewhere else,o bought this for the convenience and to save time ,not ro have ro keep going... read more
Florence, KY...do not waste your money on the Ultimate car washes because the tire shine buffets are not working correctly. Second time this happened to me. They only offer to run your car through again but who has time to wait in line for that again?!? Very dissatisfied with their current service quality and customer service!!
Overpriced and sucks. I got a $29 wash. They charge for vacuums which is crazy. Modwash is way better, a monthly subscription there is cheaper than one wash here and the wash is better. they also have free vacuums, free cleaning supplier, free chemicals to use for cleaning. Mikes needs to catch up.
I just went for the first time to the one in Florence. When I got home I noticed that the back of the truck was not even touched. The whole tailgate and bumper was still dirty. I will not be going back to that location.
