service at Mike's car wash today was very aggravating very unprofessional. There was some young guys that did not know what they was doing. They had not been trained correctly. It took me anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to get my car washed they gave me the wrong wash. I had to depart in order to attend my meeting. It was quite frustrating, as the issues stemmed from inadequate training.

This location has damaged two of my vehicles this year. They denied both of course. The first occurred in January. I was shocked at the amount of damage (paint chipped to the silver metal) on my hood, roof, trunk lid and both sides of my car. When I got home, I thought it was dried soap. I went to wipe it off that night and discovered it was not soap by the silver metal showing. I visited the location the next morning to file the claim and was surprised to learn the wash itself was closed due to "maintenance" with two ... read more

On Friday, September 9th around 8pm I took my last Mike's carwash ride. As any other time, I pull onto the track but to hear and feel the crunch of my front end hit something. I could see the faces of multiple employees that told me something bad had happened. I got out to confirm the front bumper had ripped and somehow hung on a portion of the entrance track. To my surprise they charge 2 dollars extra for vacuums. Every car wash I've ever been to, across the country, the vacuums are part of the car wash price. If I had known before paying their top dollar selection I would have not paid for a car wash. My bad I assumed all car washes included the vacuum. Although not much I have no idea if the time limit on the 2 dollar vacuum is sufficient to do the whole car without having to rush around to get it all vacuumed before it shuts off.
Beware!! The exorbitant price tag only includes the car wash! You even have to pay extra to use the vacuums to vacuum the car yourself!! For $2 less, there are several excellent FULL-SERVICE car washes located within a few minutes that vacuum, wash floor mats and windows and dry the car for you.
This place is money hungry and absolutely sick for putting it's employees through a snow blizzard that has temperatures as low as -6 degrees with the wind radars are saying it feels like -26 degrees. This is the type of place that doesn't care about it's employees and probably masks it with the occasional gift cards. I'm appalled, why is this place open during a snow emergency? Don't let your kids work here!!!!
Too expensive and then you have to pay extra for the vacuums. Been going to Mr. spotless where a basic wash and air dry is $8 and the vacuums are free
Three things that make me dislike this car wash chain over the others: 1. Be prepared on busy days like today to wait patiently in 3 lines with 30 other customers (no problem, I get that) only to have 6 or 8 cars cut in front of everybody through the "unlimited washes Lane". I get that they purchased unlimited washes but it's totally disrespectful to allow them to barge through in front of all the other customers....make them get into the same lines as everyone else!
