I was with a provider, Carolina Partners in Mental Health, for 15 years and the service was wonderful. About 3 years ago this company was taken over by MindPath Care Centers and nothing has gone well since. My provider for more than 13 years left their practice and since that time I have not had a consistent provider. I do not receive notifications when my provider left and there is no help to determine how to find a new one. I have so many complaints that I do not know where to begin. If I could give zero stars, I would. 1) my dispute now is that I'm being billed for an hour session. The session was 30 minutes. Also the Dr. was aware that I was frustrated with Mindpath and would be leaving. SHE ASKED ME TO TELL her my frustration. I explained. Then I was billed a full hour for a psychiatric session!!! 2) I called after receiving the last bill to discuss that I should not have to pay for therapy not received. Horrible!! No one ever returns calls... and you have to search hard to even find a legitimate phone number---what's that about!!! Can't even email this bunch!!! But miraculously your billing works just fine and you can always reach them for that!!! Worst thing is many of their PAs are just happy to collect their Telehealth fee and write the prescription never really finding out if their patient has ANYTHING going on.
