Do not go to MindPath! I am a healthcare provider and in my 15 years in the business I have yet to encounter more disorganized and poor customer service. I signed up over the phone and provided all my insurance info weeks before my first appt. They cancelled my appointment 18 hours before it was scheduled. I received a text (not even a phone call). It took 90 minutes and 4 customer service providers to reschedule the appt. The appt itself was okay but not great. Did not meet with a psychiatrist but instead a nurse practition... read more

I had an evaluation for my 7 year old daughter for ADHD. We spent the entire time talking about is she suicidal and hurting herself. It was scheduled for an hour long and the doctor only spent 30 minutes with us. The doctor said he needed additional information and we were rescheduled for a follow up in 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I was charged 236 dollars. In June of 2022 I was referred to Mindpath for the family counselling through my insurance company. My husband and I wanted to talk to someone about our alcoholic daughter and how to deal with her. I called them up and the first time they could see my husband and I was Aug 29. Aug 11 my daughter died. We were so looking forward to talking to someone. This company on July 11 took 300$ out of my account claiming I didn’t have insurance on June 15th… while they refunded me 178$ two weeks later.. ******* is the MOST NASTIEST person I’ve ever had the terrible honor of speaking with after she told me to prove I had insurance, she proceeded to hang up on me the following week when I question why my 178 refund was canceled. This is a incompetent businees. I have been overcharged. I have not been able to get a refill for perscrption drugs even when I was told that the refill was on hold. They have no idea what is going on and mistakes are made all the time. From sending the perscription to the wrong pharmacy to being charged for a missed appointment when the miss was their fault. I have been made to go through withdrawal from antidepressants because They can't find the perscription. The people at the front desk are totally unhelpful. If you didn... read more

I would give no stars if I could. There is no way to get in touch with your provider for refills. I was suicidal before this medication and will be again as I have to now go off of my medication cold turkey. Thank you Mindpath for literally ruining my life.

Signed up, provided credit card for video consult. Credit card charged twice for co-pay yet they still say I owe. Insurance was also billed and confirmed the payments were correct. Cannot get anyone to return my call, or answer an email with anything relevant to my concern. Local office appears to have tried, but they also don't have answers or resolution. Stopped using them as they cause more problems than they help!! After reading the other comments, its obvious I am not alone.

I was told over a year ago when I first started seeing my provider that I was in network and shouldn’t have a copay. Now over a year later I received a bill for over $900 due to all my visits the past year. I was not informed at any time by my provider that there was a balance. The online account page does not show there is any balance. I’m just expected to have this much money even though I was told I wouldn’t owe. Absolutely ridiculous. Find assistance from literally anywhere other than here.

If you consent to let them automatically take money out of your account, they will take the wrong amount out. If you don't consent, you won't get to see your doctor. The billing department is incompetent. No one cares. Never use they people
