Impossible to reach, Ive had appointments randomly canceled with no notice and been left without refills for my medication, Ive been billed for visits that never happened, billed seemingly random amounts far exceeding what my out of pocket payments are supposed to be, billed extra some months for services that I didnt receive. The truth - I have been involved internally and externally with the 5 largest mental health providers in the country and you don't speak truth. The opposite is the truth actually! I agree with most of the other previous clients that experienced a lacklustster service with MindPath. When it comes to billing, they are complete SCAMMERS! I was a cash patient since 2020 (via ******.. prior to MindPath acquiring) at $250 per session with a nurse practitioner. 5 months AFTER I confirmed my final session, they sent me a statement totaling $683 and asked me to pay the balance of $433!! Terrible company. Requested an appointment in Oct 2022 for medication management, but was given an appointment for therapy. Now they are telling me that I owe them 129.70 for the appointment. I’ve contacted their billing department several times (between Nov 2022 - Feb 2023) to get this item taken off of my account with no follow up or response. I wasn’t charge the 90.00 fee for a initial consultation with a therapist like the intake provider gave me the $90 charge when I was done with the zoom call they charge me $380 for a consultation I was misinformed and I’m not paying that just for a zoom call when I was not told the right price
Negligent. Doctor said they would get back to me but has not. Been living in hell with bad medication management and nobody cares
The providers (psychiatrists/therapists) have been outstanding and this review is not directed at them at all. But Mindpath is borderline criminal with how poorly they manage accounts and how bad their customer service is. I have had constant billing issues with them since I started over a year ago. A few days ago for no reason at all they decided to charge my card on file for $300. Since I didn't owe this my account now has a balance of negative $300. I recently switched insurance and went through MONTHS (October to December) of back and forth with the office to try and understand how my new insurance would impact. Finally got it figured out and made sure the insurance was on file. Had two apts in January and suddenly had over $500 DIRECTLY taken out of my bank account. As far as I'm concerned Mindpath Health are a bunch of scammers. Anyway, I had a meeting with someone months ago that I cancelled in plenty of time. Their system says that you have 2 days to cancel or you will be charged $50 for a no-show. Fair enough. I didn't feel I needed to go so I cancelled within 4 days. All good so far.
