Great experience getting a new mini I recently traded in a car for a new Mini and could not have been happier with the service. The facilities are very comfortable, the sales reps very knowledgeable and courteous, and just a very nice experience overall.

Excellent First Rate Customer Service My experiences with Passport Mini of Alexandria is long and exceptional. I have purchases 5 Mini Coopers over the years and the service is so above par that I wouldn't consider going with any other dealer/car. I like my Mini's but I love my service team at Passport Mini of Alexandria.

Impeccable customer service Bought my Mini 4 years ago so I’ve had some years of service from then now. I always get excellent from Justyne and Franklin and they always make sure I get the best care for my car. They always make sure I’m set up with a decent loaner and they’re very thorough and accommodating.

Excellent Service Always take my Countryman for maintenance and repair to the dealership. Service is always excellent and very professional. They go above and beyond in care and service. Very customer service oriented, transparent in pricing and on time. Would give them 6 stars if it would be possible!

recommended I found a used mini countryman at this dealership through an online car buying site (truecar). Filled out a form afterhours and received a call from salesman Blake the next morning. After discussing details and price, I forwarded all requested information and flew from Illinois to see and drive the car. The car was as advertised and Blake was great at answering all of my questions. I would buy another car from him any time.
