I cannot express to the management team how truly above and BEYOND AMY went for me today. I was in a high pressure situation, due to the coronavirus the dealership was closed, she still opened the door (we kept our distance) helped me and went way beyond the call of duty to help me in my time of need. Had the BEST experience! T was an amazing sales person. No pressure, let us drive it alone. After we bought the car, Gene gave me an inservice on all of the amazing features. Definitely would recommend and will very likely be back!!
My husband bought his Mini here about 5 years ago and we’ve not had a bad experience. Went in for some new windshield wipers, walked out with a new Mini for me. Salesmen were very low-key, not high pressure. Buying the car went smoothly, didn’t take forever like some dealerships. Gene was very helpful in showing me all the high-tech features.
Absolutely excellent. Small dealership with great people. I am from North Carolina and needed my first service on my 2018 Countryman. Did work quickly including a car wash. Even worked with me on transporting my car back to NC.
Big thanks to CJ (and Zeke) and Roy and everyone at MOL last night for staying late to get us into a new to us MINI! We’re sorry it took a while, but happy with the outcome! Thanks again
