I'm absolutely thrilled about my experience with MINI of Loveland. I'm so used to salespeople being...you know, more about sales than people. These guys totally quashed that stereotype. I recommend Donna and Jordan. Donna worked with me over the phone and through text to find the car I wanted...and, unfortunately, I then told her I could drop by on the one day she wasn't working. Fabulous place to bring your beloved MINI for a service. There’s a great waiting area with huge flat screen TV and comfy-ish couches (a bit hard!) but the best is the huge viewing windows so you can watch every step of your MINI’s appointment. Wonderful, friendly & informative staff (came upstairs twice to tell me what was going on) and ever so efficient. I was hoping to hang out for a while (full time working Mum with a good book to read!) but all was over and done an hour quicker than the estimate! Thanks MOL!!

I brought my 2002 Cooper S down for a power steering recall last week. My service advisor Jodi was awesome to deal with and helped me out with accommodations for my trailer. I trailered the car down as I live three hours away and was staying in Denver Friday-Saturday anyhow. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Jordan, the technician, even caught me before I left and went over some other unrelated stuff. If I lived closer I would definitely bring my cars by for my regular servicing. Thanks guys!
