Recently traded my brand new vehicle in at this lot for a nice used BMW X3. Was PROMISED bumper to bumper warranty coverage, “down to the O rings.” Not even a month after I get the BMW home, I start getting engine lights coming on. Three Minis. I love the Mini driving experience, unfortunately we don't have a remotely decent Mini service in my hometown area... so I'm stuck with Knoxville's service department. I've taken my Mini here for regular service 3 times. I started telling them in April that my car was stalling...misfiring. Since then I've told them 2 more times. Each time they've acted like I was crazy that NO problems were found. Supposedly they drove it and said it ran the way it was designed ! Well I may be a woman , but I know a little about cars. I bought a used MINI here with only 85k miles. Less than 10 days later the clutch went out and they refused to offer any assistance with the service. I will never return we will buy any future MINI’s elsewhere.
Just for an oil change, another service wasn't recommended, saved me some money and time.
I've owned a MINI since 2010 and purchased it elsewhere. I've had it serviced here before with a somewhat decent experience. My husband & I recently drove from Western NC to check out a sale that they were having. The salesman neglected to tell us the car we were looking at was a service loaner car. The manager ended up mentioning it to us later on. The car had a low tire pressure on it initially which they fixed quickly, but I just wasn't impressed with a "new" car on a lot having that issue at startup. My biggest complaint... read more
