Service advisor was great! But I've never seen such incompetence in the garage I have had my mini Cooper there 4 times and way to much money later STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! All they keep saying is let's start here or this is where we need to begin!?? VERY EXPENSIVE to just guess what the problem is and anyone can be a parts changer but let's find someone that can diagnose the problem and fix it instead of being a parts changer!
