We also had you sign a form that says that there is absolutely no warranty on this vehicle, even if it breaks down 30 seconds after leaving. This particular document is important because cars with over 100,000 miles on them (such as the one you purchased) tend to be more prone to issues, and we want to be up front with our customers. Bought a 2015 Grand Caravan last night . Didn’t even make it home without a significant oil leak being apparent . Called the dealer this morning , was told “nothing we can do about it you did not purchase a warranty “.... Some would say “well you should’ve bought the warranty “ . I say this : first off the salesman rushed through the warranty info and practically insinuated I didn’t need it . I WAS a loyal mini customer. Mini’s are the only car I have driven for the last 13 years. I have owned 7 Minis over that 13 years. Grayson did ALL the service on my cars. All of that changed this week. I took my 2018 Mini S in to have back brakes put on. I was given a price, I agreed to the price. I get a call 5 hours later telling me it was going to cost me another $900.00 for a “ broken caliper” and I had a gushing brake line. Would not recommend purchasing a used car here. They took months to get back with me and then refused to honor a promise of a replacement key that their salesman made even with screenshots of the conversation.
Not happy with outcome and service here. Would not recommend this place to do business. They sell damaged cars:/
