A friend had their mini stolen off their lot and after the police report was filed they was asked to leave without mentioning being compensated through their business insurance company. How disgraceful!

Sales associate was fine, easy enough sale and trade. However once you're out the door just like any other used car dealer. $1700 in repairs on a vehical in "great shape" with in 2 months and 2000miles. Response from dealer was to give me a lecture on how I really should have purchased that $3000 extended warranty and if they fixed all the things that go wrong with their used cars they wouldn't make any money. The good news is that I bought the maintenance package. The bad news is that the service folks will smile but not treat you very nice. Don't expect a call when they finish. The last service a few months back they fussed about giving me a loaner car. This time they basically said I lied when I told them they did not call me when they finished. Bought my mini there. Advised they needed used cars and would offer top dollar for my mini. Want my car, lot of money out of pocket and pay sticker to trade! Love my car but his dealership needs lesson in truth.

PSA: EXCRUCIATING DRAWN OUT EXPERIENCE! Never in my life have a dealt with lack of communication in a professional establishment as this. February 11 I had my Mini Cooper towed in to the Service Department (I live 2 hours away) given that it did have many problems all I wanted to accomplish at that time was to get it up and running ( Didn't want new tires, brakes etc) what was said to be a 3 day $700 appointment turned into multiple weeks of me waiting and wondering what the heck was going on with my car and ending quotes of... read more

My experience at mini of Knoxville was poor at best. The sales person Brandon that I had the great pleasure to deal with Lied to us flat out. When I took ownership of the car AFTER the papers where signed MY mini did not have a CD player. (like the one I was shown) My due date on my payment was one month sooner then I was expecting it to start, which was a fun surprise ! NOT ... will be our first and last time dealing with Mini of Knoxville. I will Drive to NC to get my next Mini !
