Anne was amazing, it had come to the end of the day and I didn’t think I was going to make my appointment. She had got off at 5:30 and went back to work just for me! I made it there, late, and she was still there! She really worked with me to get the price I wanted to pay and was super fun to talk to! Which is important when you spend 2+ hours there! Jeremy made our car buying process as easy and smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Mini's. We did the 'suburban shuffle" for our test drive, dropping off kids, fast food....... Jeremy graciously put up with it all. I am already loving my Mini and experience with Schomp.
I went into the Schomp on a Saturday wanting to test drive a Mini and did end up waiting for a bit. Of course a nice Saturday afternoon everyone was wanting to test drive. This sale of the 09 beetle was handled entirely by phone; I felt Matt Slavin was honest, friendly, & accomodating in a site unseen purchase, also talked about some personal matters frjom the both of us.
Jeremy was great. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a Cooper. From start to finish he made the whole process possible. He was very open and honest we didn’t feel like anything was being hidden. He made a difficult deal possible and we now own The car of our dreams.
