I received a quick response to an online inquiry of a used MINI. I have purchased a MINI from this dealership in the past and felt confident that I would be getting good, honest, service. Anne was my salesperson and she did not disappoint! She was very friendly, knowledgable about the product and very patient with me. Beautiful facility with lots of stock certainly helps car shopping. Employees were extremely accommodating without fail. Matt Slavin was in frequent contact during the long wait for my new car. He is an excellent sales and customer service rep for the dealership.
When my father and I went to Schomp mini, the service was great. We had a quick meeting set up a test drive and were sold on the car on the first one. We new it would make a great gift for my mother, who we were surprising with the car on Christmas. Overall enjoyed the service and got everything we wanted in the experience.
