We had the best experience at Schomp Mini. Stopped in to check out the Mini convertible at my husbands nagging, I was very happy with my old car and was probably going to renew a lease, Nick was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest and explained all the features of the car. I had been thinking of purchasing a new Mini Cooper for several years. The last time I purchased a new vehicle was 1987! So needless to say, I was nervous. Nick was a great salesman, very know knowledge about the cars. He went out of the way to deliver my car to me, since I had to leave it over the week end. I have bought 5 cars from Schromp in the last few years.
After having my new car for a few days, I was able to sit down with Merrie and ask all the questions I hadn't thought of when I initially took the car off the lot. She listened to me and gave me the answer and more. I am so happy with my new Mini!!!!
Bought my 1st car from Jeremy at Chomp. He made everything easy and fast and called a week later to check up on how I was enjoying my car. I love the experience and the free Monsters they offered. I highly recommend Chomp and Jeremy.
I recently purchased a "Certified Pre-Owner" MINI and they treated me professionally and yet like one of their family. Noah Toro my sales rep/helper was great and we completed the purchase in under 2 hours including a long test drive. Later I brought the car in for service and the work was done quickly and correctly. Yes I recommend that you use this dealer.
I don’t equate getting a new car lease as a pleasant experience; however, Merrie at Mini Schomp was great. She provided me with all the information that I neded either by email or text. She was always available on the phone as well. I did the whole process remotely, whoch allowed me to be as efficient with my time as I could be. When I went to the dealership, everything was ready and I was out with a new car in less than one hour. Great experience!
