After putting off getting the car that I wanted, I encountered a great experience working with Fika. It's been months since I wanted to get a Mini and Fika made me fall in love with it. I came into Schomp MINI intending to investigate the brand I had only read about. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Fika. She asked all the right questions to find the right match for my needs. Fika and I drove three cars and decided on the Clubman S. I bought a 2016 four-door hardtop in August 2016. The whole process went so smoothly. I did the whole thing with my two-year-old there, and even had a little ride on toy for him. Any other issues I’ve had I’ve had no problems getting a loaner vehicle. They are very communicative about what’s going on with your vehicle. Plus they have great snacks there. My son loves going with me to Mini.
From the moment I entered the front door until the purchase of my Mini was complete I felt at ease and very welcome. All were readily available and Anne made sure the transition was smooth and literally worry free. The best car buying experience I have ever had and I am now a senior. Definitely would recommend Schomp and Anne to all.
Being a British woman here in the States for over 14 years and this was my VERY first car deal. From the Schomp one price approach to the no pressure atmosphere, it was the best car buying experience ever. Anne made the whole time at the dealership a breeze. Schomp obviously has their stuff together. The staff is well versed in their product and Anne exemplifies this. She is well worth asking for when you arrive.
