The service is always great in the service department. People are friendly and able to assist with any issue. I always feel that the service department is straightforward. My main issue revolves around the location of the dealer. With this being the only Mini dealer in the Denver Metro area, it would make more sense for it to be centrally located. Taking my car to get serviced always involves more time than I would choose to spend.

We were fairly sure that we wanted to purchase a Mini, but had a large number of questions (and a few concerns). Tyler was able to satisfy all of our concerns, and we bought a Mini on the same day. The entire experience with the Ralph Schomp dealership was informal and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Excellent service is always provided from the advisors' desk to the top-notch mechanics who handle the repairs. Explanations for repairs are readily provided by the advisors who work to keep customers in the loop during the service visit. Overall, the folks at Schomp Mini make the entire process seamless and simple.

I had a windshield replaced. I mentioned a rattle that was driving me crazy. Not only was the windshield done correctly, but the rattle was fixed as well. All for the price that was quoted over the phone with no surprises! Plus the price was as low as any other price I was quoted. So not only did I get a great deal on the windshield, but the rattle was fixed at no additional charge.

Walking into Schomp is like walking into the bar, Cheers. Everyone there knows your name, and offers their assistance. Everything from test driving and making the selection, to working on the trade-in and financing, to driving my Mini home (with a big fat smile on my face) was easy. The thoughtfulness that goes into the communication afterward is very appreciated. I am so pleased that we found a dealer (being somewhat new to Colorado) that will take care of me and my Mini for the long-term, it's a security blanket! :)

The overall experience was good, but when I initially sat down to sign the financing paperwork on my new MINI Countryman no one had even provided me with an inkiling as to the cost of the payment, although I had inquired numerous times. Then the price was much higher than I could afford. After 2 days of negotiations I was able to purchase my MINI, but the payment is still nearly $60 more than I truly needed. My 1 day old new mini covertable brokedown in Dumas Texas. Remote and without services, Mini made arrangements for me and my car to be taken to Denver. There I was given a car to drive until a part arrived to fix my car. Although not the new car experience I would have thought, I was treated with concern and kindness. Thank you.

Andrea pays great attention to details. Listens well. Has an excellent rapport with her mechanic. Has timely follow up. Discreetly promotes mini accessories when appropriate. And often delivers my little mini all clean! She also fixed what I had already asked another service rep to do. The only thing that did not get completed was delayed to not having the part in stock!
