My wife brought her car, Mini Countryman, in for repairs 12 days ago. We had it delivered to Ralph Schomp Mini (RSM) on a flatbed. The following day no call was made or returned stating the dealership had received the car. When we finally got a hold of someone who worked in service, they could not find the car. I haven't experienced a worse customer service experience in my life. I went to the dealership on a pre-arranged test drive of a used Jeep and the salesman was terrible. he almost seemed offended that the sales manager handed off a used car inquiry to him. He refused to have the used car manager review and price out my potential trade-in until after we test drove the car I was interested in as he thought it would be a waste of time for his staff if I didn't like the Jeep I was looking at. My radiator was replaced due to two holes that had leaked fluid for about a month. The radiator was replaced but the mess that I made on the skid plate underneath was never cleaned off. I would seem to me that the cleaning of the plate would be part of the replacement process. I will have it cleaned myself so that I know in the future if there are any more leaks. Sad that the good service is marred by a short sited procedure. Hartman
As mentioned in previous message, the service interval appears to not have been re-set, even though you said it was reset. Also, when I got home I checked the oil level to be sure there were no leaks with the oil change. The oil appears very dark, and I wonder if they either forgot to do the oil change or perhaps didn't drain all the old oil before adding new.
