Unless you want an unacceptable inspection, broken parts, unreasonably expensive service, unreliable staff, or constant visits, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. They broke my mirror, didn't wash my car after service, charged me $2,000 for awful service (which I need to have serviced AGAIN). They have unreliable staff who rush through work and still charge $140/hour. Everything about this dealership was not okay. Fix your stuff MINI.

Worst experience. I booked used car paying 500$ and day later I came to buy a car, it was sold to someone else. The reason was told they did not update system properly. I was shocked and could not believe. What a unprofessional mini schomp staffs are ;(. how irresponsible they are. Its breach of trust of customer. Why customer should rely on schomp. The sales guy James was good and had no intention to do that so blame does not go to him but Its responsibility of schomp staff who did not update the system and put big question... read more

Purchased a 2004 Toyota Sequoia. We traded in our perfectly good MINT shape, Honda Del Sol (our Honda had NO PROBLEMS - you could eat off it's engine) yet, we still had to pay an additional $8,000 vs keeping our paid of Honda (I am an idiot). First red flag should have been the reason I said no to our purchase. Right after the purchase, we had to have it in for service for the AC fan.....a loud noise determined the fan needed to be repaired by their service. They did not charge us for this repair...so I can not say this was ... read more

I have always been a fan of Ralph Schomp as an organization; however, I would not recommend its Mini location. Having been a customer of Ralph Schomp Honda in the past, I had high expectations for my experience when I visited the Mini location. At the Honda dealership I have always been addressed with friendliness and enthusiasm. However, I experienced almost the opposite at RS Mini when I visited to test drive a 2012 Acura TSX in June 2015. When I first arrived to the dealership, I found the vehicle on my own and then went ... read more

I wish I had something good to say, but the service department didn't give me anything positive to go off. Keeping it short: poor communication skills, took way longer then it should have, made everything harder then it ever should have been. Even talked to service manager and the situation did not improve. I'm shocked they are authorized to work on MINI's with that level of service.

Took vehicle to dealer for first service. Technician came out and told my wife the tires were getting close to being worn at at 5/32. Would recommend them now for convenience since we live in the springs. It is not convenient to spend 600 dollars when the tires are halfway worn. I don't care if winter is coming or not. Should have said, tires are at 5/32 ... will need tires maybe by the next service. My husband has been in Texas after having surgery. After filing out the survey from Mini, my husband got a call from his forme... read more

I bought a 2003 Poniac Grand Prix about 2 weeks ago. The guy who sold it to me is Mehdi Kaveh. He didn't tell me that the gas meter was broken and that it would always say its full. I have a 30 day warranty so I tried contacting him after I bought the car but he's been avoiding my messages and does not even respond to email. I've called him and messages him for the past 3 days and still no response. I then contacted their customer service and they just told me that someone will be contacting me as soon as they can. I'm still... read more

This is the second time this year (in two months) that I have had to have my Mini towed in. The fist time, the week after Christmas it literally took about 4 days for them to even look at it. It was a huge hassle for them to agree to pay for a rental. The car needed a new fuel injection system. I had a new one already put in a year before. We live at 7500 ft altitude and this is obviously a problem that I didn't know about before purchasing the car. I had to have it towed in last year also. They told me I flooded the engine ... read more
