"Great car, poor management" Jason, our salesperson, did a great job in a inefficient situation that was out of his control. When we first arrived we had to wait an hour before speaking to a salesperson. After finally selecting the car I wanted on the first day it took the dealership 2 days to speak with and sort details with the credit union I was financing through (both the dealership and credit union error). "Good, long" My sales people were very friendly but not very knowledgeable of their merchandise. Hey also promised that the process would not take longer than one hour and it took much longer. I was also told I would only work with one person and I was handed off halfway through the process.

"Service Department Needs Help." Service Department (Bennett and Nick) are in complete disarray....... They didn't know my car was serviced there before, took 4 days to return an initial call, missed a major oil leak and a thermostat leak during a timing chain replacement. When I picked it up it smoked up a storm after pulling out of their drive way. Insulting since they claimed they test drove it and wanted to charge me another 167/diagnostic fee. "My diagnosis was not completed before returned" I brought my mini 2012 in for a hard shift in 1st gear. I spoke directly with the mechanic who was to work on it and informed him that I witj on cars and that I wanted the computer module reset and the transmission flushed and the transmission sensor tested. He only reset the computer and went straight to invoicing me a10,0000.00 transmission without completing the diagnosis that I paid for. uuuggggg run, bought a 2012 Mini Countryman worst car ever and I have been buying cars since 1978.and the service expertise here is pretty but how should i say dreadful when it comes to mechanics Where to start... run flat tires are good for a year may be a little more and try to find one when you are on a road trip, yikes. I live 300+ from the dealership and I found a car that I was interested in from their web page, a 2014 Acura MDX. I made a call and got in touch with a sales associate by the name of Jeremy. I asked about the car, I told him that I was interested in it and asked if he could put together some numbers. I presented my 2005 Honda Pilot for routine maintenance and left the vehicle at Schomp for the day. Tyler was the representative who met me in the morning. He asked me if there were any problems. I described that the "TMPS" indicator light was coming on regularly and needed an estimate for driver seat repair. I've had experience with their service dept 2 times (3 if you count when I bought the car and they "detailed" it) Both times I've had my car in their service dept were terrible. This last time is a super long story that sounds like the other 1 star reviews for them that I've read. I had zero communication from them. Every time over the 5 days they had my car, that I needed info from them, I had to call, get transferred around, end up in voicemail, call back, etc. When I finally would get a call back no one could ever tell me... read more

Wanted to test drive specific used cars from website, took an hour of consultation and computer work , then waited 30 min for sales person to try and find vehicle ... ended up walking out , nobody even acknowledged that we were leaving ... this place is a hipster trendy failure ...
