This is our 2nd Mini purchased Niello. Our original salesperson for our 2014 Mini was Kevin Powell but this time Kevin started the process but Jason Anders finished the sale. We had a couple of questions after the sale and Jason was very helpful and helped us out over the phone as we are in Chico. Will definitely be back for our next one. They also had dog bones to treat our little dog Naz.

My experience at Niello Mini was excellent. Luis Portillo was extremely helpful and I now have the perfect Mini. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Great people, great cars.
Creed was very helpful on the busy Saturday afternoon that we arrived without an appointment. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to approach us but it was due to how busy it was Memorial Day weekend. No fault to Creed there. He let us test drive several vehicles my husband and I both and we made our choice. Creed tried to get a good offer for my 2007 Camry and it was horrible but again no fault to him so we ended up keeping it and will try and sell ourselves.
