From start to finish, my whole on line buying experience was great! Great car, great customer service, great motoring advisor! Kevin left nothing to chance, he provided timely answers to my questions and offered to have the car delivered to save ME money on sales tax. Every aspect of the buying and delivery went as planned with ZERO drama.

I came into Mini looking to purchase my first new car. The whole experience went so much better than I expected. I had done my research, but was still unsure if I was ready to make the jump and purchase. Mark was amazing! He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, was patient, and did not pressure me at all (unlike the typical salesman). Such great people, atmosphere, and car buying experience.
Buying from Mark Schutten at Niello Mini was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. He is incredibly straightforward and there was absolutely no pressure. When it came time to close the deal, he bent over backwards to make sure the pricing and car were exactly what we wanted. I did the research and got all the numbers I needed to make a smart decisions, in writing in an email. When I said I wanted to test drive over to a mechanic, Mark didn't even blink. While at the mechanic at another dealership, every mechanic who asked why I was there said he had either bought a great car from Niello Mini or that they only sell great cars. Initially, I visited Niello MINI Jan 2014, but was hesitant of buying at the time. My sales guy Mark Schutten was very intuitive and understood I was not yet ready. With that said, he did not brush me off. We spent the next few hours test driving and discussing different finance options.
