We had a great experience at Niello with Chris Padilla that exceeded all of our expectations. Chris was easygoing, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we never once felt pressured in any way. We also had our two daughters with us (ages 3 and 5) , and not only did he put up with their antics during the entire process; he also had toys and craft projects for them to work on tucked away in his office! I first went to Niello Mini for some work on our current car. The dealership was great! They not only found the problem and fixed it at the minimum cost, they also fixed two campaigns (recalls) in a very short amount of time. We decided to go back to buy another car, and I worked with Mark Shutten. He was a great rep who never put pressure on us to buy a car. He even gave my daughter a gift (after we decided to buy a car). This was a great experience and I would recommend Niello Mini to anyone - especially Mark Schutten.

A great buying experience that is low pressure and everyone that was involved in my transactions was genuinely interested in helping me achieve my desired outcome. This dealership is focused on customer satisfaction and they really do deliver.

Great car buying experience! Dealership is brand new so obviously it was very nice, clean and neat. The staff was amazing. Buying a MINI is not like buying any other vehicle. It was stress and anxiety free. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is FUN. Our salesman was Chris Padilla and there was no pressure to buy/lease. They truly bring a fresh feel to buying a car. Creed and Geoff were both awesome!!! Creed started the process with me but had to tend to another customer so Geoff took over and did a great job! Creed was really great- called, and kept me informed and updated through the process! I would recommend Creed again for any buyers out there!!! Very laid back- not pushy at all!!!

I had a great experience shopping for my new MINI. I came to look at Niello with a pretty solid idea of my price range and what I was looking for and Chris found me the perfect match. He was very helpful and showed me all the different options I could choose from. This was my first time buying a car and I think it was a great experience thanks to Chris.
