Kevin made this experience our best ever. Buying a car is never fun...except this time. My 23 year old daughter was with us and said, "I want to by a car here!" We want to buy another Mini so we can have fun buying another car from Kevin. The process was seamless, everyone was so friendly and they really made us feel like we had known then for a long time. My wife had spotted a 2011 Honda CRV in the front lot and we went to Niello Mini to take a look. We took it for a ride and decided to buy it. The price was right and Kevin walked us through the purchase with Alonzo getting us a low interest rate and Chris handling the paperwork. Went to Niello MINI to look for a Countryman for my wife. Kevin came out to the lot, introduced himself, said they were low-pressure, gave me his card, and said he would be inside if I had any questions. We worked with Chris Padilla throughout our new car buying experience and he was willing to help us when others were not willing. He was excited about what he does and he made the experience enjoyable. He also pushed for us with his boss and allowed us to drive the vehicle home the night before. If we were to buy another Mini while being near his location we would work with him to get it. Without a second thought.

I am allergic to auto dealerships and never write reviews of any kind. Seriously heard a lady today say she could actually hang out here. Mini is on a whole new level and Niello in particular. I suppose it helps that their cars sell themselves, but employees all having a good time, engaged, genuine, no pressure, yet STILLL getting their work done. Go figure. I could NOT be more pleased with my experience at Niello Mini. I visited all the Bay Area Mini Dealerships (Concord, SF, Stevens Creek) for my lease trade in/new lease and was simply not getting what I needed/was asking for. I have recently purchased a Mini Countryman from Mark Schutten. Mark is a great salesman to work with. He is friendly, honest and not pushy. I enjoyed my purchase experience with him so much and truly enjoy my new Mini, I came back today to purchase a 2nd vehicle.
