I bought my first MINI this past weekend and the experience couldn't have been better. One thing that I really appreciated was that I was not hounded by the salesmen when I first arrived. I was able to look around and explore the cars on the lot without the pressure from a salesman looking over my shoulder. Recently bought my first brand new car.. a mini! I worked with both Eddie and Kevin and they were both super knowledgeable and helpful. I know everyone dreads buying a new car but this place made it a surprisingly pleasant experience.. They even provided snacks :). As soon as you walk into the dealership you can tell its not like other car dealerships, everyone working there appears happy and willing to help. I highly recommend this place and Eddie and Kevin.. I'll definitely return for my next mini purchase :)
I just relocated from NC to CA, and decided to visit Niello to possibly trade in my 2012 Coupe and lease a new Roadster. My expectations were not very high in accomplishing this, but those expectations were wrong. The dealership is pristine in all regards... Having never even sat in a MINI, I was THAT customer who was interested, but came with a lot of questions and worse, a lot of uncertainties. My initial contact with Creed via the internet was helpful, as he was quick to respond. However, the in-person experience with Kevin Powell was outstanding. I found the car I had been looking for online. Niello MINI had some 30 pictures available. Creed and Kevin were both very helpful. I rode the train some 700 miles to Sacramento, and Kevin picked me up at the station at 7 AM! Everyone at the dealership were/are very nice. They are giving me good follow up on agreed terms/accessories for the car. I highly recommend this dealership.
Kevi.n and Chris were fabulous. I am picky when it comes to my vehicles Kevin and Chris very patient allowed as many test drives as I needed to make my decision.I definitely suggest you speak Kevin purchase your new MINI
I found the car online and when I arrived Creed Cate had the car ready for test drive and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It saved ne so much time. Creed took the time to explain how everything on the car worked. Creed has personally called and asked if I had any questions regarding the car and advised if I had any questions to give him a call. My husband and I dropped in to browse and met an awesome group of guys! Kevin Powell was our sales associate and is now our friend. He took us for a couple test drives, explained to us all the fun options, and matched us up with the perfect MINI! What a fun and exciting day.
