Cha Vang is our service advisor at Niello Mini and he is ABSOLUTELY the best. He truly has the customers best interest at heart and uses common sense to resolve any service issues or conflicts we had with servicing our Mini Clubman S. .... We were just "looking around" and thanks to super salesman Mark Schutten, who performed above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted for the car we wanted within the time frame we had available, we arrived in time to pick up our granddaughter after school driving our new Countryman. Kudos also to Mia in Finance who crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's in record time. One of the best car-buying experiences we've had.
Tim Orr was great, we ordered a 2013 Mini, came in just like we ordered, Tim kept us in the loop from the build to delivery at Niello, he also spent a few hours going over everything about the Mini with my wife, (who is not a car person) he was very through, Highly recommond this dealer
Our experience at niello WAS GREAT! Very polite and professional atmosphere! NOT PUSHY AT ALL ! Descent inventory to choose from.Facility very pleasing and clean!
