"Great service!" Great customer service, very helpful stuff! I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family! It’s my third mini, but not the last!!
"Nail in tire" Everyone is always pleasant and most helpful no Matter how big or small the issue is. Always willing to belp. I got there a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and they took me right away everyone they were packed.

"overheat" My service advisor Joe Frasco had helped me a lot to get a new appointment so I can be provided with a loaner car since it would take time to diagnose/repair the overheating problem. Always very helpful and courteous.
"First Mini was a Great Experience" We are simply thrilled with the new Mini Countryman. We went in to look at the Clubman and took three separate days and had all our neeeds matched to what was best for us. Thanks Ruby! You made it easy.
"Change oil and tire rotation" My last visit to the service center was maybe my 4th or 5th and nothing has changed since my last review. Staff are courteous and very friendly. I will always go to Joe for any service I need. He is very pleasing and very informative .
"Outstanding, as usual" Ryan Patti has been a consistent source of outstanding customer service, and he continues to deliver! The service department is outstanding! Another great service experience.
"Excellent " I had a popped tire and they fit me in. Also completed other service to my car to save me a second trip. The wait was a little long but overall the service was still very good.
