"Combinatin of perfect service and a professional attitude " All the way the service was tuned to us. Dan was very familiar with all the small details about each car we considered. "Customer Focused and Great Experience" Customer focused because Joe in Service Department did everything possible to meet my requests and got me in and out in a timely fashion. He was also Very knowledgeable and knew how to get things done quickly. In addition to my service appointment Joe asissted me with getting a new Key programmed with my Mini and he walked me through the entire process.
"Great service! " I was informed of an important recall for my mini and was offered appointment at my earliest convenience with a loaner. The service was quick and promptly informed when my vehicle was done.

"Annual oil change and more" I brought in my 2015 Mini Cooper for it's annual oil change. Needless to say I was very surprised how much a basic oil change with a multipoint checkpoint costed me. Last year, while the car was still under the maintenance warranty, I was never told that my brakes needed to be replaced or that my air filters needed to be changed.
