"New Mini owner " The people at Mini of Ramsey are very nice and professional. The experience of purchasing a car was simple, easy and did not take a lot of time.
"Service " Mini replaced a broken plastic piece that protects my gas container. Joe was very helpful in explaining the service and went the extra mile by taking pictures to help with the process.
"mini Ramsey rocks" Everyone is super nice and professional. And a car wash! How do you beat that? Ryan is great. Though everyone I have worked with at mini has been good.

"Countryman realignment plus..." I came in for wheel alignment. Always eager to help, the service manager also offered to take care of necessary fluid changes. The work was done in well, while I waited. I always feel safe and cared for at Mini of Ramsey!

"Excellent customer service" Joe and the Prestige Mini group took excellent care of me. They fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me great guidance on preventative maintenance. This was by far the best customer experience I have had getting a vehicle repaired.
