"Friendly but pricey! " Great service, nice to have a loaner car. Very overpriced for what was done...how do I know if it was even done? Females are definitely taken advantage of in this business...
"Regular maintenance" I scheduled my regular maintenance appointment, and needed new brakes. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I needed a loaner car, and forgot my insurance card. The team helped me get my insurance information so I got a temporary insurance card on the spot, and was able to get on my way. I was very happy for the assist! They were able to get me the phone number for my insurance company.
"Regular maintenance/oil change" Stopped in for a regularly scheduled maintenance on my 2014 MINI Countryman. Service center staff were attentive to my needs. Joe's attention to the specific needs of my MINI put my mind at ease. Before I even had a chance to step away from the service desk, My sales guy who I worked with over 4 years ago to buy this car popped over to say "hi". Terry & I had a great chat (always a pleasure). I couldn't ask for a better service experience.

"Greg- the salesman was phenomenal!" Neat, clean atmosphere with amazing customer service and hardworking employees. They genuinely made me feel as is they were trying to help me out as best as they could to get the specific car I wanted while under my budget.
"5 starts - but a few things could be better" snack bar - the first time i was in the dealership there was no snacks the second time there was 2 bags of chips no bottled drinks either day Greg is by far the best human experience I've had at any dealership - though looking around it seemed a bit understaffed for a labor day weekend? place is clean with a nice restroom over all good experience

"MINI Things Matter" Weather going to MINI of Ramsey for pleasure or purpose, it’s always a good time. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated more like family rather than conducting a business transaction. Ryan and Victor always ensure I leave with smile (with some laughs in between) and I couldn’t be more thankful for them. Overall, the staff is warm, friendly, accommodating and an excellent representation of what the MINI culture and lifestyle is all about.
"Easy & friendly" Great customer service. Not an overwhelming experience like most other dealerships. Great follow up. Nice cafe area to watch tv while having snacks. Nice seating area for reading magazines.
