"It is all about the Salesperson " My personal experience at the Mini in Ramsey,NJ is top rated, due to my sales person, MICHELLE WRIGHT. This is the third mini countryman I lease from This dealer and my second from Michelle Wright. Michelle, is very professional, very smart, very detailed, knows her numbers and takes her time to explain.. I feel that she cares about her clients. She is a 10 in my book and she should be considered as such.
"Friendly, Knowledgeable and Thorough " I usually hate walking into a dealership to buy anything for my car. I tend to feel unknowledgeable and unsure as to what exactly I need to buy or need. NOT HERE! Mike was great! I just let him know my VIN and he was able to pull up exactly everything that was needed for my car and even found that I had a recall and was able to order the things I need to fix that problem when I go back. "On point. " As always my experience with Mini Prestige was on point. From the call to schedule my service appointment to the excit from the facility, everything was smooth and on point. My daughter (2 yo) and I didn’t feel the time passing. It was a great experience.
