"Service " Joe was great he said what he would do and then did it. Including calls. I would not hesitate in going back when I need to.
"Always friendly and efficient" Ryan is always extremely helpful and friendly. As good as a service appointment can get. The price for an oil change isn't the lowest, but I trust that it's done right.
"Good prices, friendly service, big selection " We were looking for a Paceman All4 very hard to find with stick shift, found one here, negotiated a fair price over internet, set the date to pick up, and off we go to pick it up, it's a 391 mile drive, we got there, early, car wasn't ready but we were treated very well while we waited, 45 mins later saw the car, it was just as advertised, got some great advice from Terry, so we stay the night there and drove home in the morning, all and all a very satisfying experience.
"Excellent!" Dan Vieldhouse went above and beyond to make this a satisfying sales experience. I am very pleased withall of his hard work and expertise. Customer service was wonderful. Michelle Wright was very pleasant and accommodating. Both surpassed all of my expectations. I absolutely love my new car and am very excited to be part of the mini family again.
"Ruby King is a Queen" Great experience all around. Ruby is an amazing salesperson. This is my second car from them. Always willing to go the extra mile to make it work.
"Brake replacement" All work that needs to be done was clearly explained. Joseph was highly professional, knowledgeable on his area of expertise and very friendly. Overall a great experience.

"Loads of inventory, great sales people!" Would definetly tell my friends to go to Mini,of Ramsey. Other dealerships were not up to par with Ramsey. Ruby King was great to work with.
"Consistently excellent service!" When I bought my Mini Cooper Countryman in 2014 I was promised good service. Dealing with the service department has always been a pleasure; even when it was the last thing I wanted to do. The service department is pleasant and professional to deal with and the service is performed efficiently. My car is covered by an extended warranty, to I can't comment on pricing...
