"Consistent Good Service" Although I am very unhappy with the amount of money I've had to spend on repairs in less than 1 year after buying my used car, each time I brought the car in for service I was VERY happy and pleased with the friendly and professional service I received. Plus the hassle free loaners were gorgeous and so much fun to drive! Just this last time I dealt with Joseph Frasco and he was great to deal with. My only gripes are how expensive all the parts/service are but thats my fault for not doing more resear... read more

"Quick!" I had a hidden glove box repaired, didn’t take much time at all and they even washed my car. I also picked up my plates the same day and they put them on for me. Great service and great place. I highly recommend.
"Best Sales Experience" First time buying something pre-owned and I knew I wanted it certified. There was no BS with this purchase. Dealing with Michelle Wright was the best thing I did- she was straightforward, no-nonsense and no pressure.
"Scheduled maintenance. " Easy to schedule, staff was very accommodating. The work performed was done as requested and completed on time. My car was cleaned and washed before it was returned to me.
"Fast and pleasant " It's always a pleasure visiting Mini or Ramsey, the staff are very friendly and patient. They will go over all the service that they will complete at your visit and are willing to work with you within your budget. Fast service, have been going here for the past 5 years and will not go to any other service center.
"Great Experience " Had to return for registration and plates. It was fast and efficient. I was in - and out!! Terrific since time was short on that particular day, and it was at the end of the day.
