"Amazing experience" My experiences was awesome. Ruby king was my sales rep and she was amazing! Transparent, thorough, patient, genuine, and had my best interest as a priority. "Kind, courteous, trustworthy" I have owned my mink for the last year and have come to Mini of Ramsey for all my car needs, big and small. I know the employees there by name and myself and my car are recognized when we show up! It’s a very comfortable environment to wait in while the car is being worked on and if you need to borrow a loaner car while your car is being repaired, they make it so easy. ""Service at its best"" I'm please with the service at Ramsey Mini because they are accommodating in that they work with you. Which is extended from your phone conversation to your actual in-person meeting and handing over your vehicle for repairs. Throughout the process the use of a loaner car and the communication about what the diagnoses is, parts, repairs and the time line to complete the needed service repairs. "Professional & Knowledgable Staff" I needed to trade in my Mini Cooper convertible for a four door car due to the arrival of my daughter. "Great service center while you wait" Great fast service and friendly service manager. Wait area is clean and there are plenty complimentary drinks and snacks. There is also a TV to keep you entertain while you wait.
"Fast and friendly service" I have a good rating as I recieved a warm greeting over the phone and in person at the door. Fast and friendly service. I would recommend this dealer service center. I called the Ramsey location due to a parts recall notice via mail. Lauren was helpful and made sure the part was in stock then got me in early the following day.
"Efficient and pleasant " Bought the tire ins and it has saved me buying 2 tires so far. Hopefully don’t need to use it again but it is a comfort to know I have it. ?🏼
