"Great Service - Great Customer Care" Made appt to change a tire (punctured) they noticed my brake pads & rotor needed changing as well this was all covered under warranty - they even gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait all day at the dealership, even though I hadn't requested one ! "Always excellent service" I have owned two Mini Countryman All4 and for 5 years I've been coming back to this dealership both for service and when it's time for a new car. I have been dealing with Max Landau since day one and have always received the excellent service and attention. "Triple A" I have owned the Mini for about two years and always take it to the dealer for service.. Always friendly, reliable and definitely have the right mechanics. They know the cars inside and out. The service manager I am now using is Joe Frasco. He is terrific.. Give him a raise.
