"They did what they were supposed to do." I was never notified about this or any other recall. I found out about this one on my own. Because of a recall on a water pump that I wasn't notified of and didn't know about I had to pay for. Why aren't notifications sent out when there is a recall?

"The best choice " The best choice for me not only because the sales person was awesome but the Mini Cooper S I got was what I was looking for, great mileage body was intact and in great shape. The price and the options for extended warranty was just perfect.
"Maintenance " I came in for oil change and issue with sunroof. They were able to take me first thing the next morning (I called in late afternoon) and could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Awesome staff all around. Got everything taken care of/fixed ASAP as I was leaving for vacation. Definitely would recommend!

"Confidence in the crew" I had a strange squeak coming from back end of my car. I feel like the team at Mini Ramsey is effective and pleasant from check in to delivery of my car. It’s a sweet perk that they loan you a new Mini to drive and have a little affair with for what was almost a week in my case. Feels like a new car now.
