"Very happy with my recent service" I am the proud owner of a 2012 MINI Goodwood Edition. This car is very special to me and is not my daily driver...It never sees rain. "my customer service experience." always great customer service.Ryan Patti was so helpful with explaining what needed to be fixed and followed up with calls to my home with updates .I was even given a loaner car until my mini was ready..Kudos to your staff for the excellent service.
"NICK is the absolute best" My service rep is the best there is. Nick Falvo always understands what is needed and ensures that my car is taken care of completely. He keeps me updated on the process and informs me of any needed changes.
"Emergency service required" I brought my JCW in for an emergency tire repair, had to change 2 run flat tires after hitting pot xxxxx. Very welcoming staff, went out of their way to service me even on a late Friday afternoon. Excellent service, I was able to take the road again at 16;00. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman at the service desk, believe it was Ryan. He was very nice and very professional. New tires were well installed, no issues, car now performs like it should. Thank you very much.

"Work was done as promised" I came in with an engine light on and it was fixed quickly and cheerfully. Ryan explain what was wrong so that I could understand and gave me some choices how to handle it
"Another fabulous experience!" Ryan went above and beyond when I had a flat and rolled into MINI only an hour before closing. He took care of everything and I was on my way in no time.
