"Very happy with my recent service" I am the proud owner of a 2012 MINI Goodwood Edition. This car is very special to me and is not my daily driver...It never sees rain. "Emergency service required" I brought my JCW in for an emergency tire repair, had to change 2 run flat tires after hitting pot xxxxx. Very welcoming staff, went out of their way to service me even on a late Friday afternoon. Excellent service, I was able to take the road again at 16;00. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman at the service desk, believe it was Ryan. He was very nice and very professional. New tires were well installed, no issues, car now performs like it should. Thank you very much.

"Work was done as promised" I came in with an engine light on and it was fixed quickly and cheerfully. Ryan explain what was wrong so that I could understand and gave me some choices how to handle it
