"Belt Tensioner, Belt, Friction Wheel, Water Pump Pulley Kit" I needed repair service on my belt tensioner. A Kit was recommended that is common for my model. I'm a regular customer since 2012. I'm always satisfied with their services. Thank you for all that you do! Jorge
"First Service visit for new Mini" This is my second mini that I have purchased and had serviced at Prestige - always helpful and courteous. Provided clear explanation on the process and were quick to notify me when complete. No complaints!
"Great dealership and great customer service " Visited this dealership on a whim and I couldn't have chosen a better group of people to work with. They were very courteous all the way. My sales lady especially was great. She went above and beyobd to make sure my questions were answered and any concerns addressed in a timely manner.

"Oil change and filters" Guys are the best! From entering t exiting, they are wonderful. Fine waiting room and nice folks overall. A distance for us to go but worth it
"Friendly staff, kept me informed about the work being done." The key reader was not working when I came in with my car but the staff took it in stride and was very quick to get me in and settled while my car was being serviced. Nick Falvo took care to keep me informed as I waited for my car to be serviced, he was very friendly and courteous!
"Great customer service!" I blew out a tire on 287 in Oakland (love the NJ highways) one evening and ended up having the car towed since the sidewall was blown out (gotta love those run flats). Used the key drop and woke up to a text from Ryan saying they had the car and included a link to check on the status of the service. Ryan texted throughout the day giving me updates and costs. Car was ready and spotless when they promised. Thanks for taking care of the car so well!
"Car repair" Nick at Mini in Ramsey NJ went above and beyond to help get my car back to me in perfect working order after a very bad accident. The car is nearly as good as new, and his kindness and consideration for me not only as a customer, but as a person, was priceless. Plus my Mini is amazing. Highly recommend.
