"Satisfied with service" The staff was very helpful from scheduling the service, to the service reminder. I even was late for my appointment and they accommodated me and still had my service completed within 2 hour.

"Perfect experience like always!" Highly recommend this dealership and our salesperson Bob! This was our fourth Mini purchased from him and as always it was an easy transaction. "Thorough!" Nick and the mechanic were both extremely thorough in their services. As a service manager Nick has always been honest and offered solid advice with my Mini Cooper.
"Upset" My main reason for this ratings sorry to say was a fabulous employee Nick Falvo ..This is my fouth Mini obviously love the car customized them all new.. .. but out of all the service people I’ve met and dealt with he was by far the most thorough. personable, caring, concerned ,attentive ,reliable and overall fanatastic employee.. Was in last Friday for a part only to find out he was leaving..not happy at all...think you lost a major asset!,
"Car was not cleaned on the inside." The service was fine. I had the first appointment in the morning. They took the car right in and did the service.. It was completed at the time they said it would be done. They pointed out that I would needed new tires soon. However, since it was raining, I did not expect a car wash. They did wash the rubber floor mats, but they did not vacuum or dust the dash. I know it is not "service", but I have come to expect a cleaner car after a service.
"Ruby King is an excellent sales representative" The whole experience was very pleasant and efficient. Great follow-up and excellent customer service. Abraham also was excellent, friendly and efficient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ramey Mini.
"Totally Satisfied!" Nick Falvo is very customer focused and extremely helpful. He set expectations about the length of the service visit, and kept me updated during my wait time at the center. My Mini was ready on time and looked great after it was washed.
